The Bulgari Resort Dubai opened an ultra-luxurious restaurant with 9 seats

The Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai has announced the opening of a nine-seat Hoseki Japanese restaurant for visitors looking for an "ultra-exclusive" offer.

Hoseki, which means the gem in Japanese, will offer dishes with "the best ingredients directly from Japan" on the fourth floor of the hotel.

Masahiro Sugiyama, a sixth-generation Japanese chef, will offer a two-hour Omakase gastronomic journey with dishes selected based on visitors' preferences.

The restaurant is furnished in a minimalist style. It has wooden windows and typical Japanese tokonama. Guests will be met by waiters dressed in traditional kimonos and sent to the open dining area.

Bulgari describes Hoseki as "the perfect place for a romantic dinner for two or for a special occasion with a small group of friends."

A separate zone is also available for large companies. It can accommodate 12 guests and offer panoramic views of the Dubai skyline.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday (from 12:30 to 15:30 and from 18:30 to 00:00). Reservation required.

The hotel opened last December. It includes 101 traditional rooms, 20 villas, 173 residences and 15 mansions.
