The second competition "Allegro"

The second international competition of young musicians "Allegro" was held in Sharjah from April 21 to 24. Over hundreds of talented children from adolescents from the Middle East, Russia, Asia, Europe and the USA aged 6 to 16 years took part in creative competitions.

The Russians especially successfully performed in the category of string and wind instruments. So, the first places in their categories were taken by violinists Mikhail Repeat and Ramez Divani, the jury recognized the 11-year-old saxophonist Andrei Korolev as the best in the category of wind instruments. The titles of the most talented pianists were awarded to representatives of Syria, Jordan, Palestine, the USA and Armenia.

The main objective of the competition is the discovery of new names and talents in the world of music, support for young musicians of different nationalities. The competition was held in 4 nominations: "Piano", "Violin", "Wind Instruments", "Ensemble". All participants received souvenirs and certificates, and the winners were awarded with diplomas of the laureates of the competition and performed at the final concert, where they performed the works of the competition program of P.I. Tchaikovsky, F. Chopin, R. Schumann, A. Khachaturian and others.
