Safari worth a total of one billion dirhams ($ 272.2 million) is located in the Al Warka area. An area of 119 hectares will be inhabited by about 10.5 thousand animals from around the world, including representatives of 350 rare and endangered species.
The park will consist of a safari village, an Arab village, an Asian village and an African village, a botanical garden, a resort, educational and veterinary institutions. The first batch of animals moved to their new home in March 2016.
