Surrounded by a park and a golf course in Dubai, the new Radisson Hotel will open.
Radisson Hotel Group has announced the upcoming opening of the new Radisson Hotel in Damac Hills in Dubai in partnership with Damac Properties. Now the group’s portfolio includes 81 hotels under various brands and more than 20 thousand rooms throughout the Middle East.
The hotel will be part of a new 3.9 million square meter residential community. m, developed by Damac Properties. The hotel will be surrounded by a park and located near the Trump International Club Dubai Golf Course.
Eli Younes, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer, Radisson Hotel Group, said: "We are pleased to partner with Damac Properties, one of the most famous and respected developers in the region."
He added that Dubai continues to be a “wonderful place” due to its endless evolution.
"Damac Hills is one of the newest communities in Dubai, which is already home to more than a thousand families who have settled in villas, townhouses and apartments," said Hussein Saivani, chairman of Damac.
The construction of the hotel has already begun, and the opening of the Radisson Dubai Damac Hills is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2019. The hotel offers 481 rooms, two restaurants, and amenities such as a gym, spa, kids club and outdoor pool.
