UAE denies Qatar's accusations of invading the country's airspace

The United Arab Emirates has responded to Qatar's accusations of invading the country's airspace last December.

The UAE has denied Qatar’s allegations that the Emirate fighter violated Qatar’s airspace in December 2017. A complaint was received from Doha to the United Nations.

“Qatar’s complaint about airspace violations by the Emirates is untrue and unclear,” UAE Foreign Minister Anwar Gargash wrote on Twitter.

He also said that the UAE is going to make an official statement and provide evidence.

Recall that in June last year, Arab states, including the UAE, broke off diplomatic relations with Doha in connection with information about Qatar's support for extremists.

All flights to and from Doha were also discontinued.
